Waynetown – Albert Harland, 81, died at 9:10 pm. Saturday at Liter Nursing Home, Crawfordsville. He had been ill since January. A retired carpenter, he was married in 1910 to Sarah F. Eskew, who preceded him in death. He was a member of Waynetown Christian Church. Surviving are a foster son, Wyatt Johnson of Buffalo, NY; three granddaughters who he reared from small children, Mrs. Frances Allen of Wingate, and Mrs. Mary Virginia Harper and Mrs. Alberta Harwood, both of Crawfordsville; one brother, Elmer of Waynetown and one sister Mrs. Minnie Fye of Mattoon, Ill. - kbz
